The price is on every button before you press it, and charged when a build starts.

Refunded when it fails

A failed or cancelled build gives all its credits back, at once.

Changes that keep the shape

A change is charged the Quick or Standard price when it starts; if only the surface changed, all but 50 credits come back when it finishes.

Everything included

Studio renders, six formats, two levels of detail, true scale. No extras. Yours to use commercially, free credits included. Private unless you share it.

The same credits, from anywhere

Your AI agent and your scripts make objects at the same prices as the site, from the same balance. No seats, no API surcharge.

Questions

Frequently asked

What is a credit?

The unit everything is priced in. One credit is about one US cent: the $10 pack is 1,000 credits, and the bigger packs add up to 15% more.

Is there a free trial?

Every new account gets 600 free credits, enough for three Quick objects. No card needed: sign in with your email. The library's models are free to download, always.

What is the launch price?

Until 31 Dec 2026, Quick costs 200 credits instead of 350 and Standard 600 instead of 1,000, and new accounts get more free credits. A build keeps the price it started at, including its refund if it fails.

Do credits expire?

No. Bought and free credits stay in your account until you use them.

What if an object fails?

You get its credits back automatically when it fails or when you cancel it. You pay for what you get.

Can I share what I make?

Yes. Tick "Share with the community" when you make an object and it costs less: 180 credits instead of 200 for Quick, 500 credits instead of 600 for Standard. Shared models are checked for quality, safety and rights, and the accepted ones are published in the library's community section under the free library licence, with your name if you want it. In the beginning, review can take 1–5 days before a shared model is published. Models made from photos or from your own reference images, and changes of them, can't be shared.

Why is a change charged the full price first?

We only know what kind of change it is once it runs. A change is charged the Quick or Standard price when it starts; if only the colour, material or wear changed, everything above 50 credits comes back as soon as it finishes. Your credits history shows both.

Is there a subscription?

No. You buy a pack when you need one; nothing renews and nothing is charged automatically.

How do I pay?

By card, on Stripe's secure checkout. We never see your card number.

Is VAT included?

Prices in euros and Swedish kronor include VAT: what you see is what you pay. Prices in US dollars are before tax: US sales tax is added at checkout where Stripe Tax says it applies (and VAT, if you pay in dollars from a country that charges it). Checkout shows any tax before you pay. You see prices in US dollars (Sweden sees kronor, the rest of the EU and EEA euros, everyone else dollars); switch currency above the packs.

Do I get a receipt or an invoice?

Stripe emails a receipt for every payment, and each purchase in your credits history links to it. Need an invoice with your company details? Write to [email protected].

Can I get a refund?

Within 14 days of buying a pack you can withdraw from the purchase and get a refund of the credits you haven't used: use "Withdraw from this purchase" in your credits history, or write to [email protected]. Credits already spent aren't refunded, because the work was done. A refund takes the refunded credits back from your balance.

Do agents and the API cost more?

No. An AI agent over MCP, or a script with an API key, spends the same credits at the same prices as the site.

We need a lot of models.

Write to [email protected] with what you make and roughly how many: shops, studios and teams get volume prices.
