Report a bad model

Something looks wrong

A missing part, a texture in the wrong place, the wrong size, a file that won’t open. We look at every report and use it to make the studio better. This is what helps us find it fast:

  1. 01The link

    The page of the model: 3d.sleipner.ai/objects/… for one you made, or 3d.sleipner.ai/library/… for a library model. We can only open your objects because you sent the link; they stay private.

  2. 02What is wrong

    In a sentence, and where: “the lid is fused to the box”, “the label is mirrored”, “it is 10 times too big”. A screenshot helps more than anything.

  3. 03The file and the app

    For a problem in a downloaded file: the format and detail level (for example FBX, low) and the app and version you opened it in (for example Blender 4.5, Unity 6, Godot 4.5).

  4. 04From the API or an agent

    The object_id, your request_id, the time, and the HTTP status with the body we answered. For an agent, which app it was (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code …). Never send your API key: we never need it.

An object that fails, or that you cancel, gives its credits back by itself; you don’t need to write for that. Report a bad model

Common answers

The sign-in code didn’t come

Look in spam or promotions, and check the address. A code works for 10 minutes; ask for a new one on the sign-in page.

“Not yet” or “uncertain”

A request the capabilities check stops costs nothing; “Make it anyway” or “Try anyway” makes it regardless. On a "not yet" answer, "Keep me updated" asks us to email you when that capability is ready in Sleipner 3D, only about that, with a one-click unsubscribe. Nothing is ticked for you, and you can change the list any time.

A shared model

We review shared models for quality, safety and rights before publishing them. In the beginning, review can take 1–5 days before a shared model is published. Its status is on the object’s page; models made from photos or reference images can’t be shared.

The community

A picture was refused

We check reference images before anything is charged: no one else’s characters, brands or logos as the subject, no real people, nothing against our terms. Only upload images you have the right to use.

Status

Is it down?

We monitor uptime around the clock and hear about an outage within minutes. If making objects is paused for a while, for example under heavy load, the site and the API say so and nothing is charged. Your objects and credits are safe either way.
